Acquisition of various properties
Accelerate entered into agreements to purchase two new properties. A building, anchored by Murray & Roberts Holdings, with a 5,470m2 GLA, and a parking lot with 11,230m2 available bulk, situated in the Cape Town Foreshore As well as a building, anchored by Citibank with a 12,433m2 GLA, situated in Sandton, Johannesburg.
