Credit rating announcement
Global Credit Ratings (‘GCR’) has affirmed the final, public long term credit ratings of ‘AA-(ZA)’ with a ‘Stable’ outlook to the Senior Secured Notes (stock codes APF01, APF02 and APF03) issued by Accelerate Property Fund Limited (‘APF or Accelerate’) under its R5bn DMTN Programme.
